All DVDs are NTSC format.

The US, Canada, Japan and some other countries use NTSC formated television equipment. Most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand use the PAL format. DVD's will not play in the wrong formatted equipment.

If you are not sure, please check with your local video company or an electronics store to find out the format used in your country.
